1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • The issue is reported within the specified timeframe

We do not accept returns for size issues or change of mind, so we recommend checking the size chart carefully before placing your order.

2. Return Timeframe

You must raise a return or replacement request within 5 DAYS of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or refund.

3. Refund Process & Timing

  • Once your return request is approved, we will initiate the refund or replacement process.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 Days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Exchange Options

We currently offer replacements only in case of:

  • Defective or damaged items
  • Incorrect product delivered

If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please email us at support@anokhipahule.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the product
  • Our team will review and resolve your issue as quickly as possible

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products returned after the specified timeframe
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Products purchased on sale or clearance (if applicable)
  • Orders placed with incorrect size or details provided by the customer

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other cases (if applicable), return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
